I was a loner when I was in my younger age and I was spending my time watching my favorite movies and tv shows as well as read books alone. I never get to have time to go with my so-called friends even in vacations. I was focused on myself and thus I think I really know myself well. My parents would bring me with them in many gatherings but unfortunately I have no interest with being friendly.

One day my parents brought me in one of their friends’ house to celebrate his birthday. I decided to go with them and was shocked of the huge numbers of people attending the party. The people were so happy and enjoyed with the foods they prepared. I searched for the comfort room to pee when I suddenly hear a voice from a certain room and I think it was the television. I looked at the room and saw a young lady of my age in the room.

The girl is watching a National Football League event in the television yelling and was happy as if her favorite team is the champion. My attention by then was on the show that I did not notice she was already looking at me. She asked me of why I was there and invited me to watch the show with her. I smiled and introduced myself ad sat next to her. We enjoyed a lot watching the game and also known each other as well and then became friends.

Shaira was her name and we became best friends who talk via phone every day and our topic is our favorite team the Angels. The team was made up of skilled players who have the best speed and strength to win the title. We waited for the new event to come up and prepare to buy for the angels tickets even the great seats. I asked my father of what more do I know not about the team. I really want Shaira to be close with me better because I adore her so much more than just a friend.

Shaira was the only friend I had but since I started to hang out with her especially in the football events, I met a lot of good friends. I had been active in some activities especially when it is related in the California Angels.
